Many people choose to try our classic Tour of Western Sweden. This means that instead of a return trip, you choose to take the boat on land transport to neighboring lake systems - or to the sea. Dalslands Kanal AB cooperates with a number of experienced land transporters who give you the opportunity to transport your boat to/from the Dalsland Canal.

All land transportation described below can be done in both directions. Orders should be placed at least 14 days before the desired transportation. See more specific information below.
Nössemark/Halden
A classic among land transportation in the Dalsland Canal. Carries boat and crew between Halden in Norway to Swedish Nössemark at Stora Le.
